They're supposed to make the announcement about whether or not their gonna waste texpayer dollars to dig up Barker's today. May 9th. "They" meaning the Inyo County Sheriff's Department. Perhaps this is what Brian is referring to?

I, for one, don't care why they unattached Lohan from the movie. I am just happy they did.
Btw, for anyone interested, I think Ted Rowland /CNN is doing a report on the Barker thing at 9pm Central Time on CNN.
