Denise has said very recently that she still does not want you in her group. If she changes her mind, I'm sure she'll let me know. Until then I'll remove you everytime I see you.

I work, apparently you don't. I was just approving those that would submit the questionnaire without running the IP's first. As long as they weren't causing any problems, I'd wait a few days to run the IP's and add them to my list of members.
But in your case, something stood out at me a few days later, so I left your answers right in my inbox so when I had a chance, I'd remember to check them.. Sure enough, it was you. Hopefully we’re done with the kooky ruler of KTS. If you are in KTS you SHOULD for your own sake read this post-- http://groups.yahoo.com/group/KILLEDTHESIXTIES/message/52820 - that the EveryDay Housewife Heaven posted. Go on I’ll wait. And if you are not a member, sign up and answer the 10 lame questions they ask- and they will think you are me and reject you half the time. That amuses me NO END.

The broad is delusional. The only emails she got were from her other personalities. The whole rant is a non-issue- I wasn’t coming back, I am already there. And WHY would I want to be at a place where Denise, who is cool and on Bobby’s mailing list and such, allows this woman to run rampant over everyone?

Some points deserve proper addressing---

I thought the group was all grown ups. If they cannot handle verbal sparring they shouldn’t be typing on the internet. If they can’t keep up with their smartest member, they should sit back and watch.

Six Degrees of Tate-LaBianca #1

So you read everything about the case or you wouldn't be able to keep up with us.

Then tell me this...

Tex burns Lotsapoppa for lots of dope. Maybe $5k in 1969 dollars.

Lotsapoppa kidnaps or hold Rosina, Tex's gal pal, and then calls Spahn and says he wants to kill Charles (Watson).

Charlie (Manson) and TJ and Bruce head over to Franklin Avenue.

In the front room two thugs Bryn Lukashevski and Dale Fimple greet them. Charlie wants Rosina released. He confronts Lotsapoppa and in the struggle shoots him in the gut. He makes one of the thugs undress and give him his leather shirt (one of the thongs of which will be used to tie Leno LaBianca). Charlie, Rosina, TJ and Davis leave Lotsapoppa for dead.

NOW- He lives and eventually testifies against Charlie at the Bug's request (using dealers now, how common) to show Charlie's propensity for violence. Okay.

If you believe THE FAMILY by Ed Sanders, later on in the tale, Charlie confronts Dennis Wilson about reneging on the recording deal. One of Wilson's thugs, Bryn Lukashevski, throws Charlie out.

So....the thug working for a pot dealer is also working for a Beach Boy?

Roman Polanski is due to appear in a London libel case via video link from Paris next week, setting a legal precedent and avoiding the risk of extradition to the United States for a child sex offence.

Polanski is being allowed to sue the British publishers of Vanity Fair magazine from a hotel room in Paris after England's highest court in February overturned an earlier ruling that would have forced him to come to London to fight his case.

The 71-year-old has been wanted in the United States after pleading guilty in 1977 to having sex with a 13-year-old girl. He skipped bail and fled the country for France before the sentence was pronounced.

Polanski, who won a best director Oscar for "The Pianist" in 2003, has never been back to the United States or Britain, and if he came to London he would face possible extradition to America. He cannot be extradited from his native France.

Polanski's lawyers say it will be the first time a libel claimant has given evidence at trial via video link.

"The idea, more than 25 years after Polanski left the United States, that he is still unable to return or even enter this country is extraordinary," said Joshua Rozenberg, legal editor at the Daily Telegraph newspaper.

Barring last-minute scheduling changes, the case will open Monday and last about a week.

Mia Farrow will be called as a witness, as will Debra Tate, the sister of Polanski's late wife Sharon, who was murdered in 1969.

Polanski is suing Vanity Fair's publishers for a July, 2002, article describing how the director flirted with a Swedish woman in a New York restaurant while on his way to his slain wife's funeral in Los Angeles.

One passage in the report, reproduced in court documents after the February ruling, quotes him promising the "Swedish beauty": "I will make another Sharon Tate of you."

In fact, both sides in the case now accept that Polanski was not at the restaurant en route to Tate's funeral, but was there within three or four weeks of the murder.

Polanski's lawyers deny there was ever any incident like the one described in Vanity Fair.

At the time of the court decision in February, Vanity Fair said in statement: "The ruling does not affect the substance of the case which ... is being vigorously defended by Vanity Fair."

The combination of a high-profile libel trial involving household names like Polanski and Farrow, and the prospect of him suing via video link from another country, mean the courtroom is likely to be packed.

The case has generated debate in Britain about whether Polanski should be allowed to use the country's legal system while avoiding the consequences of its laws.

about why he feels Gary was "just a drug dealer"... Bobby was also a dealer. Gary was his source. Bobby was dealing to a motorcycle gang and that's why all this started in the first place.. Anger is a Basic Human Emotion

Prior to the Manson stuff, Bobby was very visible in the late 60's San Francisco music scene, the whole Haight-Ashbury thing. He was friends (or something, their relationship seems mysterious) with Kenneth Anger. Anger is/was a pretty out-there avant-garde filmmaker who is widely credited for giving birth to the modern music video. Anger cast Bobby in his movie. Supposedly Anger, who claimed to be into witchcraft/wicca/satanism (I know those things are not the same, but it's hard to tell exactly what he was into), put a curse on Bobby when they had a falling out and Bobby took off to L.A. Kinda makes you wonder about curses.

As usual, a little bit of studying of the case can help you figure this out, AM.

Bobby and Ken were lovers during a time when Bobby, or Cupid, or Bummer Bob as he was known, pretty much laid pipe with anyone and everyone. Photos of the time show Bobby as an extremely beautiful boy in his late teens. (It is easy to forget that most of these killers were less than 21 years old).

Ken Anger WAS an avant/garde filmmaker. He currently IS virtually homeless.

The stuff about Bobby stealing the print of a film (which he never shot) was made up afterwards as was the story about the curse that caused Bob's car to break down in fron of Spahn. Ken is a spolied 75 year old man who can't get his way and so likes to make up stories to sing for his supper. After three or four dinners with the man, you know his information is worthless.

Hell, Monk, check this out- BOBBY was in a movie with JAY SEBRING called Mondo Hollywood. They were never in the same scenes but they are in the same movie. Talk about Six Degrees of Tate/Labianca!

Just a Shorty Walk to Chaos

I always wondered- the clearest example of Charlie's so-called evil is the murder of Shorty Shea. Now, we don't know what really went down, but it does seem that Charlie did play a part in it. At the very least, he did send Clem and Bruce to cancel the guy's Christmas.

But it struck me as odd how the DA went after the case. I know they didn't have a body until the eighties but still- evidence pointed to Gypsy and many of the girls being at least accessories after the fact. I look back on the material and I wonder- today, would Zero's death go unpursued? Joel Pugh's? Marina Habe? They knew that these people were for the most part out of control. If I helped clean up Shorty's murder TODAY would i long be out buying houses in Wisconsin like Mary Brunner or watching my son advance in the military like Gypsy?

www.exclusivefilmnet.com has been promising since like 1999 to release The Legend of Charles Manson as they call it. This has sounded pretty cool- like unreleased footage from the Hendrickson documentary from back in 1969 and 1970. This got delayed because he didn't bother to legally release the doc on DVD so some bootleggers helped it get there. Instead of just releasing the damn thing he sued Ebay, Amazon and possibly himself. In the meantime nothing ever got released. This photo is from the film and is I am sure copyrighted him and is just a cool image for this non-profit blog. I'd really like to see the new film he's doing. I might get the chance before I die.

This Year- Sharon Tate Happens

It's interesting to wonder what would have happened had Sharon NOT been at the house that deadly night. The media would have paid way less attention. The pressure on the police would have been lower. The Bug might not have wanted to take the case. Charlie might not have had to be nailed so firmly. Life changes so easily.

As when anyone dies, the death of Sharon is a tragedy in so many ways. No doubt she would have had Baby Paul and gotten a divorce from Roman the philanderer. She probably would have gotten back with Jay- may have already, since she was practically naked in the bedroom with him when the killers appeared. She hopefully would have found happiness in her life. Her career like so many other starlets, had a year at most to go. She was bored of it. She was not that good an actress. She wanted to be a mom. I mean, for every Demi Moore we know there's an Ally Sheedy and a Molly Ringwald. She didn't have a Meryl Streep career in her.

As we approach August and the 36th Anniversary let's take note- Sharon was amazingly beautiful. And for nothing at all that she did, she was visited by two jerks hopped up on speed and tortured and butchered horrendously. "Look bitch, I have no mercy for you" were the last words she heard. Supposedly "Save my baby" were the last things she ever said. Kind of breaks your heart to look at the photo- doesn't it? Sharon Tate was supposed to "happen" and she did, just not in ways I would wish on anyone....

No Show Without Punch

The previous post reminded me of of a saying around our house that "There's no show without Punch." Punch, one half of a puppet combo from way back in English History, Punch and Judy, typically would show up in Children's puppet shows all the damn time. It was like "what the hell is Punch doing in this show it doesn't make sense."

So ask yourself- if BUGliosi was NOT trying to get fame and fortune for himself, if he was NOT an opportunist to use a KTS word, then why the hell would he appear on the Bertice Berry Show in 1994? What the hell IS the Bertice Berry Show? You NEVER see a documentary without his fading jowls. He was DESPERATE to get a remake of HELTER SKELTER. His LIFE has been Charles Manson.

Sandra Good, no bastion of stability herself, was on the show. She stated....

On the Berry show, she showed her angry side, saying, "Twenty-five years of this total bullshit, total bullshit," in response to comments by Bugliosi.

More like 36 now Sandy... and there is STILL no show without Punch!

There is this housewife from somewhere on the East Coast who reads books and regurgitates them as information. She's been obsessed with me for about two years now, which is fine because hell, I'm obsessed with me. We all should be. It bothers her that I have access to firsthand information and have actually interviewed many people involved in the case. There was one time when, because she didn't like my opinions, she took her crayons and left the sandbox and went home- until the moderator of KTS (see link to the right) let her come back and basically shanghai the site.

But no comments about one's person can be taken lightly. Today she babbles--

We don't know what "Harold's" perspective is/was, you couldn't get past his name calling and insults long enough to find out. We did learn that he's very much in love with Bobby B, he seems to like sticking up for Manson and enjoys putting down the victims....

He hates Bugliosi, probably because Bugliosi made something of his life.....

But we actually do know what my opinion is - it is the same opinion that all people who study the facts in the case without prejudice have. Innocent people were murdered senselessly by some young lunatics for no clear reason. This is not arguable- this is what happened.

But God is in the details as they say. And it is in an examination of the details that we find truth.

Words are sacred things. We must defend what we say and not allow lost souls to make it seem like we say otherwise.

My position on Bobby Beausoleil is factual. I know him, unlike most people who react to his name. I have provided letters of support to the most recent parole board. He's done his time. He is guilty of murder but doesn't blame anyone. He has served more time for killing a drug dealer than anyone in American history. He should be freed, under the law. Not my opinion- just facts.

I don't "stick up" for Manson, and this will require several essays. There are TWO Mansons first of all, (actually probably more like 15) the one on Spahn Ranch and the one at the Courthouse. I do like to stress that the "Devil" himself, Charles Manson, actually killed NO person. People tend to be surprised when they hear this truth. If the truth is sticking up, I feel bad for her.

The victims were victims. It is sad what happened to them. None of them deserved what they got. Like many closed minded, under-educated red state pedestrians, the poster seems to think that if you mention that Sharon cheated on Roman (and he on her, by the way), Jay and Sharon and Gibby and Voyteck took LOADS of drugs, or that Steve Parent was likely at the house for a homesexual liasion then you are slamming the victims. There is nothing wrong with ANY of these things. Such complaints say more about the posters than the poor victims.

Bugliosi lied under oath. Bugliosi sold a bill of goods. Bugliosi is like a Punch Puppet, who has no choice but to perform on cue for the public to keep up his charade. I interviewed people like Aaron Stovitz. I know what BUG did to Get Charlie. His karma has been bad ever since- he never made it to public office like he aspired to. Do I hate lawyers that will lie and cheat in order to convict anyone, even a GUILTY person? The better question is, do you?

Heaven, since I know you'll read us every day, pull yourself away from the desk and open your eyes. The ignorance you stop might be your own!

Who Mourns for the Drug Dealer?

Every time I would bring up an actual fact on the old message boards or even some groups today like Killed the Sixties, people would freak out and twist the fact into something else that I wasn't saying.

Gary Hinman was murdered by Bobby Beausoleil, Mary Brunner and Susan Atkins after three days of fighting and negotiating in order to get him to make good on $2500 worth of homemade mescaline that allegedly wasn't good. I say allegedly because the bikers TOLD Bobby it wasn't good. Thinking he was with friends, Gary placidly stayed put, even after Charlie showed up and damn near cut off his ear. Finally, in a panic, Bobby stabbed him to death. No mercy was shown. Walls were bloodied and belongings stolen.

I am not sure it means anything, but none of the Hinman Family showed up at any trials. They never show up at the parole hearings. Reportedly Gary had an interest in little boys- had his family written him off? Or is it hard to be outraged when drug dealers get killed?

Sexy Sadie, You'll Get Yours Yet

There was a woman named Frontera who used to be on the message boards, who really hated it when I pointed out that after killing Sharon Tate, by her own admission, Sadie Mae Glutz/Susan Atkins basically danced in her blood. After tasting it of course. If Susan Atkins is ever paroled, then Saddam Hussein should be made Governor of California.

She was denied parole for four years last month (meaning she'll be eligible again when she is 61 years old. Christ!).

"We're talking about a woman who has been convicted of 8 murders!!! Do we have any idea how many that is. We can eliminate everyone seated at the table including the camera man. That's what she's responsible for. That's what she's been convicted of." said Sequeira in arguing against her release and asked the Board "with that in mind to respectfully deny her for the maximum of 5 years."

Now she's got this lawyer husband James Whitehouse. I loved what he did back in the day- he actually SOLD on ebay (it was a public document) for shipping costs the transcript and plea from Bill Nelson's molestation trial. Let he who is without sin and all that. But does he SERIOUSLY think his wife should be allowed out? She escaped the Death Penalty by a quirk of history- and she still BLAMES Charlie for what happened. Like she couldn't have walked the hell away at any point.

No one believes you honey...you were proud of what you did. You boasted about killing Sharon. There's no way you should be listened to until you stop blaming Charlie. I hope you lie awake at night and remember YOU BLEW YOUR FREE PASS- the BUG actually negotiated a deal to let you walk. You are a killing machine, but he was gonna let you go home free just as long as you helped him GET CHARLIE. How does that feel, knowing that justice got your formerly cute ass for good and for all? You get to die in prison sugar, not hung from a roof beam. Consider yourself lucky!

(Frontera got irked and started her own message board. It was basically her and a Rain Man type lady with an odd name ((sorry, I forget)) and it started with a full page about how the killers were victims too. Pure comedy. No one went on it after it opened. Frontera I believe was revealed as Linda something, a lawyer for Susan/Sadie who was obviously taking the "zealous defense" thing waaaay too far."))

Acid is Groovy- Kill the Pigs!

One of the big Manson memorabilia dealers out there, and the only one with any honesty, is this acid casualty that calls himself Jon Aes-Nihil. He sells bootleg videos out of the back of a yellow van at LA area flea markets, as well as on the web at his site. He's wacky to talk to, since each response ends up with about a three second delay as he struggles to formulate his thoughts. But he really is a sweetheart, especially for a guy who wants to get to the bottom of the case, and violates copyright laws for a living. You know he rocks the house when, after some initial bonding, Bill Nelson would rag on him on his site. I vaguely recall that Bill kept some of John's master tapes that took him years to get back from the guy.

Anyway, word on the street has it that John (Jon?) has finished his homemade film, MANSON FAMILY MOVIES. Now while this isn't a major moment in cinema, this will be interesting to see. Taking the lead from a mention (likely false) in Ed Sanders delirious book THE FAMILY, Jon has been producing, writing and directing this extravaganza in his spare time for something like 192 years. It is supposed to be the killings as if the killers themselves filmed them as they were doing them. It will be cheap, raw, ghastly and probably a big huge mess of madness. I'll be the first one to buy a copy (I've had a VHS cut of the film from his truck for like 5 years now) and I think you should put aside $20 and get yours too. Hell, it's got to be better than the latest coherent Hollywood tripe.

 I read your site today and was heavily shocked by the sad and sicko natures and attitudes of some of these people writing to you! Manson is not a god, he is a screwball product of the sixties anti-everything mentality. I fear these kids and whoever else writes to you are being confused by the odious and talentless Marlin Manson 'rock' star. To clarify, I am mailing from Scotland and have been into heavy metal for many years, I have never had any inclination to follow anyone apart from myself, take drugs or do any anti-social actions.

 This goes also for the huge number of real metal fans
in the UK and Europe! Is this what the vaunted USA morals have produced?

 Kids worshipping a criminal? It appears so.

 Please print my letter because I want to say to these young Manson lovers- "forget this evil madman, go live life and enjoy what it has to offer, art, music, travel!

 I know in the US it can be hard to ignore the hassle if you are into metal/rock or look different, but stuff these small minds! It's your life, Manson does not want life, he worships death, bottom line.


To the people who run this site, thanks and I salute your effort to make
people aware of the danger of following people like C Manson and others.

Little Boy Lost

Charles Milles Manson was released from Terminal Island in 1967 at the age of 33. He was a hardened con, and had done time for most of his life. He had robbed, pimped, and stolen. He was a man, a man that when we look back, we tend to only see the madness of- but at various times he had over 35-60 people who thought he was a deity. He had women throw themselves at him. Maybe his prostate did, at least according to legend, make him perma-hard. Who knows? But he was a MAN.

Last weekend TV Land reran the original Helter Skelter twice. It is also on DVD in all its glory for less than $20. While it is based on a work of fiction, the prosecutor's theory of the case, it is a VERY well made re-enactment of what happened after the arrests. When Crazy Charlie appeared and came to stay. Steve Railsback, a man, plays Charlie as a man.

There are so many things inaccurate about the remake, let's call it Helter Shitter, that I do not know where to begin. But the main problem is that Jeremy Davies is a Little Boy trying to act like a man. A child of three could kick his ass. He isn't scary, tough or manly. He's like a frail girl.

How could anyone today watch HIM and understand just what was going on? Wasn't he the guy who slept with his mother in his first movie?

No wonder the remake has all but been forgotten less than a year after it came out.
