Susan Atkins 1993 Parole Hearing Part 8
What is the use? There isn't. Might as well kill yourself. No. Really.
well 1- selective prosecution is NOT illegal- the courts do NOT have to prosecute all suspects- the Col has no idea where you got that but the Col knows the law 2- ummm SUSAN screwed up the immunity deal by repudiating her testimony. The prosecutor (who I hate you can tell from the blog) did not screw it up she did
oooh this is interesting, Col do you really believe she stabbed Sharon? I'm inclined to believe that she did not, but she did guard her and hold Sharon down so Tex could be more precise with his blows so in my mind she might as well have stabbed her.
Not to mention storming into Gibby and Sharon's bedrooms to round up the occupants at knifepoint.
Of course selective prosecution is legal. Common sense tells us that it happens ALL THE TIME. Five people rob a bank but the coppers only have evidence against three. Do they prosecute no one? NO! They go after the people they can get. Common sense Savage. No rape ever happened. Susan STABBED somebody who died. That makes her a murderer. Common sense.

Keep in mind that there were no guards at the LaBianca residence so i don't buy into that little theory.<<<
Savage I dont know why you're so hung up on the 'standing guard' thing. Kasabian was not standing guard in the commonly accepted meaning of that term. She was left outside by Tex because he knew upon seeing her reaction to Stephen Parent getting shot that she would not be useful to them inside.
The fact that there was no 'guard' at Labianca doesn't really mean anything.
Savage you seem to be operating under the assumption that slamming Linda (and everyone else involved, including some of the victims) somehow makes Susan look better.
I can assure you that it does not. You could make Linda out to be Eva Braun if you so desired and it still doesn't change who and what Susan was.
Pardon my ignorance of the details: When and where was leslie taken into custody. Was she at the Barker ranch? Was it her who was told the Linda K being raped by Frykowski story? So was it her that told you?
I'm not clear - what prevented the defense from bringing up the drug use of the victims?
That's interesting how someone can on one hand be such a crybaby for poor little Susie Atkins, but not a tear for Voytek, who ended up stabbed to death - some of the wounds inflicted by poor little Susie.
I don't think Jay and Voytek were squeaky clean - also, Abigail had drugs in her system - Bug wrote about it in Helter Skelter. And about Jay's sexual proclivities.
Go ahead and write a letter to the parole board - don't forget to emphasize that she didn't actually kill anyone - you'll help keep Leslie right where she is. Thanks!

not really much to consider in this case though

36 divided by 7 lives = approximately 5 years per life.
Hmmmmm.

>>>You can't give Susan Atkins and Leslie Van Houten the same sentence as Tex Watson and Patricia Krenwinkel.<<<
Yes, you can.
ok so Tex and Pat deserved to be vanquished to Hell on the spot by the witch sisters on Charmed. Susan and Leslie merely deserved the death penalty.
that said I think Leslie probably deserves parole. Susan should stay where she is.
Savage, who do you think in the great state of california should decide parole terms?
And if Susan didn't stab anyone other than VF in the legs, does that make her less guilty than Leslie who stabbed Rosemary?
oh god susan sounds like a total stoner in these last two videos, like she's still tripping.

Col. - are you going to post the rest of this hearing?
Thanks!
