This seems to be the blog where the loons go to fly. Mr. Poirot has a wide berth over there if you know what I'm saying. I just read a bunch of their posts and comments about Bruce Davis. They seem to be trying to insult the governor for not freeing him for all sorts of reasons. Of course there is one good reason not to free him-
He KILLED somebody!
So we aren't here to support Bruce. I have told you that he is not getting out. Punk is gonna die in prison. His wife figured that out, what haven't the inbreds?
The Col is much more interested in Debra Tate (Orca) and Barbara Hoyt (Orcette). See Bruce and the girls can lie their asses off at every hearing and they do. But they are where they belong. Debra and Barbara lie their asses off in every hearing and pretend they don't. They also contribute to the confusion about the case and that the Col does not abide.
I am so incensed that Debra Tate and Barbara Hoyt were allowed to represent Gary Hinman's family at Bruce's parole hearing that I decided to write to Davis' attorney and tell him what I knew about Gary's family. See the email I sent him below. He wrote back that because the Governor did not overrule the parole board on anything to do with Tate and Hoyt's being at the hearing it would not be grounds for an appeal. But he was very interested in what I sent him. He does not like Tate and Hoyt any more than you or I like them. He said that he would certainly use the info for the next hearing in mid 2014 particularly if the DA's office trots those two out again.
Beckman and I exchanged a couple of emails and then asked me what I knew about Tate and Hoyt, if I could dig up anything on them. I was able to find some stuff on Hoyt, she has had numerous civil cases against her in Idaho where she lives. They are all because she owed money she didn't pay, had her wages garnished etc. She's a huge deadbeat.

I am writing you in regards to the victim witness situation for Bruce Davis's last parole hearing. There were two people who spoke on behalf of the Hinman family, one of those persons was Debra Tate who was supposedly there for a first cousin of Gary Hinman. The reason it was claimed for a cousin submitting a statement was that no one else was alive. This is simply not true! Both of Gary Hinman's sisters are still alive.
I am attaching a number of things to support this fact. First is Robert Hinman's, Gary's father, obituary naming his survivors. (the first two daughters in his obituary are Gary's sisters, the second two daughters are Robert's step daughters, his second wife's children from a previous marriage. Gary's mother died a few months after he did, Robert remarried after that.)
Second and third attachments are Been Verified reports on both of the sisters. I have done social security death index searches on both women and neither of them are listed as having died. Barbara Jean Hinman apparently has some competency issues as I found a law case where this was discussed. It was a case about an easement issue involving sister Carole as well.
I also found something regarding Carole Hinman Romberg and her feelings on testifying at a parole hearing for Bobby Beausoleil. She had moved on and did not wish to be involved any longer, according to her daughter who answered the request from the LA County DA's office informing Carole of her right to speak at the hearing. I'm pretty sure you would be able figure out which of Carole's daughters answered the request from the DA's office from the pdf with Carole's info. The parole hearing of Beausoleil's is at this link and is on page 86 of the document. It is Beausoleil's 2010 hearing if the link does not work.
I also have some information about some of Gary Hinman's first cousins on his mothers side of the family. None of the first cousins names match the names of the people being represented by Debra Tate and the other person. This is an obituary for Gary's aunt.
Gary's father had one sister, Margaret Elizabeth Hinman, her married name was Chapman. She was born in 1903 in Colorado and died in 1991 in California, where she had lived for decades. Below are the death index records for her. I believe her husband's first name was Hilton, although I am not entirely certain of that. I did find a death record for a Hilton Chapman who was from Colorado and died in California in 1963. Margaret Hinman Chapman got her social security number in 1963 in California, so that kind of fits.
I was able to locate a 1940 census record for Margaret and Hilton Chapman. They lived Colorado in that census. There were no children listed on that census report. If the person claiming to be a first cousin named Kay Martley was Margaret's daughter she should have been on that census as Kay Martley is 75 years old. See fourth attachment.
I am not a forensic genaologist so can not guarantee total accuracy of all this information but I am experienced with doing this type of research. I would suggest that you have someone else blindly try to replicate what I have learned for verification. There should be grounds for an appeal I would think.
Therein follows much information about legal claims against Barbara Hoyt (Clayborn) who does appear to have problems paying her bills. Too bad the book with Nellie/Molesto never panned out!
Anyway, The DA needs to address this. Are these two attention seeking, burger inhaling, father ashes hoarding beached whales lying to the government? Since when do the wishes of a first cousin trump the wishes of a sister?
