Thanks for this Col. Didn't get a chance to see it when it aired.

It's just plain creepy. Someone needs to tell Debra that all the lights, photography, handling etc are damaging to preserving Sharon's things, but I guess that's not what matters to her...

For AC..or anyone else...I posted this on a earlier post...but need to repost here so it doesn't get lost..I have a Legal mind (albeit Canadian) and have always (always)had difficulty with the written word. AC. I love your posts (especially... a couple of threads back when you summed it all up!) It was priceless, beautifully written. Myself, putting words into what is in my mindseye..difficult..to say the least...but I REALLY..want to know(previous post).....

"I have heard Charles make this argument many a time...I get the point...However, we are not talking about another "enemy" who is also engaged in war on the frontlines (as we seem to be referencing here)Seriously,WE are speaking of people who were in there own homes...and I know the come back is that Charlie NEVER killed anyone...but..OK..lets discuss the 2nd night...Lets say, he had no idea..and the "kids" just "lost it"..Help me understand night 2

'Lil.....

Roman was in France during the murders... I hate when they make mistakes about pretty simple facts of the case... makes you wonder what they screw up on the big story..

thanks for the post Col.

Didn't watch it... I got a stomach full of the fashion-show thing when my girlz attended their prom. Sheesh. I could go off on the false Amerikan standard of Hollywood anorexic plastic beauty, but I will spare you.

This is addressed to Lil: Mr. LaBianca and Mr. Frykowski were involved in the drug trade. Perhaps this doesn't happen in Canada, but in Detroit or Chicago, sometimes a man will owe money for drugs, and someone else (an enforcer) will drive by his house with a semi-automatic weapon spraying bullets, and they will kill his toddler and his mom. Collateral damage. It's not right, and it's not fair. But it happens.

As for the vics being within their own homes, as opposed to war... so were the nice Rwala folks whom Saddam deliberately placed around his munitions stockpiles. They were in their tents, weaving rugs, eating dinner, minding their own business. My man Dave received the order to proceed anyway.

I believe it was Brian who said "Soldiers in war don't have any choice". Sure they do. Amerika has a volunteer army. You can say NO. It means a courts-martial and a fine, probably being drummed out. They have to decide whether or not the killing is righteous, and whether or not their own conscience can handle the aftermath. People have free will. Dave had free will to decide to hit the fire button. Charles Watson had free will to pull the trigger -- or NOT.

AC

why do you continue to spew the bs that Leno was a drug dealer or had any dealings at all with Voytek Frykowski.. I have asked you before to back up your claims but you have ignored me...you are apparently just as bad as Debra Tate or Barbara Hoyt with your innuendos...

put up or shut up...

I was told this by one of the principal defendants. And no, I have no way of proving it.
